The Observatory concentrates on developing and disseminating best practice models, elaborates working tools and offers opportunities of networking and interaction for the cultural operators. It aims to enhance the awareness of cultural operators from the region on the cooperation possibilities available to them, and to increase their capacities to benefit from it.
